  • Shipping Charges: ₹50 for pre-paid orders below ₹299.
  • Free Shipping (Pre-Paid): Minimum order value ₹299.
  • Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
  • Order Processing: Every order is ready to ship.
  • Shipping Time: We ship within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Expected Delivery Time: 3-5 days from the date of dispatch.

    International shipping.     

    • Shipping Charges (India to US & UK):
      • Order value up to 999 INR: Shipping cost 250 INR
      • Order value 1000-2000 INR: Shipping cost 500 INR
    • Shipping Method: Registered India Post
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 days

    Important Note for international order: For all international orders, additional charges like Import Duty or Customs Duty if any, specific to a country are to be borne by the customer.

    • No Return Policy for international orders
    • Packing videos and tracking details will be provided on demand.
    • In case of damage, share an unboxing video.
    • Product value will be reimbursed as a coupon code.
