Refund policy

Domestic Orders (Within India)

Cancellation: -

  • Order Cancellation: Please cancel before the order is shipped to avoid shipping & COD charges to us.
  • Important Note: We operate with a narrow margin, so cancellations after shipping may incur costs
  • Cancellation Request: Contact us to request order cancellation

Returns: -

  • Return Policy: Returns accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.
  • Damaged/Missing Products: Report within 24 hours.
  • Return Eligibility: Item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Sales Products: No partial returns allowed for sale items.
  • Damaged Item Replacement: A replacement will be sent for damaged items.
  • Return Pickup: No return pickup facility available.
  • Self-Shipping: Customers must self-ship returns ; courier charges are to be paid by the customer, Reimbursement upto 50 Rs .

Refunds

  • Return Inspection: We will notify you via email once your return is received and inspected
  • Refund Approval: You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

International Orders

If you receive any defective product, do contact us immediately by mailing us at  info@bindhani.in , with your Order ID and send us a snapshot of the defect. We will either provide you a credit note.

If you have to cancel an order, please do so before your order is shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be returned within 15 days. The shipping charges for sending the products back has to be borne by the customer.

The amount refunded to you would be only for the products not the shipping charges.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
